We loved our week at Pheasant. The barn had a lovely feel and the little swimming pool was just lovely. It is very remote and flat countryside but we found it very restful and loved seeing so many wild deer.

The weather was unexpectedly wonderful which put a sunny glow on everything! If you look for rural tranquility, this is it. Admittedly, you get there along an undulating rural road and then track. But it's worth it.The swimming pool was a boon, used by our family almost daily. Walks around the field...
