Gas central heating (£20 per week March - November), electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Our 4th consecutive year stopping at Palm Villa.
We wouldn't stop anywhere else in Newquay, it has everything we need. The owners are friendly and welcoming, it is spotlessly clean and modern and up to date. Location is great, private and secure garden. A++++++++

We have just spent a brilliant week at Palm Villa. Chris and Muriel are the loveliest hosts and left a great welcome pack which our kids loved! The property is in a great location, minutes from Porth beach and only a 20/25 minute walk in to Newquay. Can’t fault a thing about the property or our stay.Thank you Chris and Muriel - we can’t wait to come back!

The owners were very friendly and couldn't ask for me.Flat was very nice but has mould problems in the front room area. Bedrooms and bathroom was free from mould.
