Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser as well as other nearby ski resorts within 10 - 30 minutes by car. Sled and mountain bike rental in the village. Various water sports, rafting, canyoning, flying fox as well as winter and summer toboggan run in the vicinity. Train connection max. 10 minutes walk. Description of the accommodation
The high-quality, modern vacation apartment (approx. 95sqm) for 4 persons was completed as an ecological wooden building in 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor of the house in a quiet side street, nestled in a residential area. The cantilevered panoramic window integrated into the living area and the spacious balcony captivate with the magnificent view of the surrounding peaks of the Kaiser Mountains with its foothills. In the open dining area with all-wood kitchen, our guests have the opportunity to create the dishes of the region. The fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, generous freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine will fully support you. The entire living-dining area as well as the two bedrooms are equipped with biologically oiled solid wood floors as well as solid wood furniture and have, per room, adjustable wall heating under biological clay plasters. The apartment captivates by the used building materials with an extraordinary room climate, in summer as well as in winter. The summer freshness is provided by modern external venetian blinds and optimized external insulation. The apartment offers 2 modern bedrooms, one with solid wood double bed, and another with sofa bed. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a window, underfloor heating, shower cabin made of art glass and a toilet. The separate guest toilet has an automatic room ventilation system.
