This beautiful property with a shared swimming pool, built entirely from tuffeau stone, offers the utmost comfort for a truly enjoyable stay! It features a light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a mezzanine sleeping area and, finally, a spacious garden with two south-facing terraces where you can enjoy al fresco dining with family or friends.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: Living area: - A large, light-filled living area featuring a seating area with sofas, including a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a beautiful working stone fireplace, and a raised dining area that seats up to 6 people and offers direct access to the terrace. - A modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine… You’ll also find a minibar with a safe. Sleeping area: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed, access to the outside and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a large washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a toilet. On the mezzanine: - A sleeping area with two Louis-Philippe single beds and an armchair. Outdoor areas: - A large garden with two sunny terraces at the front and rear of the house.
These are furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. - Fruit trees planted around the gîtes for guests’ enjoyment Shared outdoor facilities: - A swimming pool (shared, unheated) measuring 8m x 4m x 1.5m, available from May to October subject to weather conditions (opening dates are subject to change). La grange royale nous a proposé un agréable séjour au coeur d'un vignoble, calme et sans vis à vis. Le logement fait très bien son affaire pour une semaine de vacances à quatre personnes même s'il faut noter qu'il peut très vite faire chaud sous les combles dans la chambre du haut.

Un logement et un séjour idéal pour les amateurs de calme et de tranquillité. Entouré de vignes, le logement est idéalement situé.
Malgré de fortes chaleurs, nous avons apprécié pouvoir profiter de la piscine.
