This beautiful and modernly furnished holiday apartment has a sunny location and is situated against the mountainside at the foot of the Gerlitzen. The eye-catcher is the large terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Ossiach. Here you can relax and unwind. This flat is a very suitable place to leave everyday life behind and enjoy an unforgettable holiday
The location of this holiday apartment is ideal in summer as well as in winter. In summer, you have a wide range of leisure activities from this accommodation. For beginners as well as for advanced hikers, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature in the surrounding area. Lake Ossiach is right in front of you, here you can spend a beautiful day on the water. In winter, you can take the shuttle bus to the Kanzelbahn with your ski pass for the Gerlitzen ski area. Here you can let off steam on 42 kilometres of slopes. Both the beginner and the advanced skier will find the right slope here
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - die Ferienwohnung "Franz" läßt keine Wünsche offen. Super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, tolle Lage, jeden Abend war es ein "Nachhausekommen" . Unkomplizierter Kontakt zu sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
