Rent Villa Vert with Heated pool in Tucepi, Makarska Riviera, and spend a relaxing vacation in a luxury home, close to the beautiful beaches. Suitable for private groups of 8-10 guests, whether families, groups of friends, or couples, Villa Vert will amaze you with its great location amidst greenery and even more with breathtaking views of the sea, islands, and the hill.
Villa Vert with Heated pool is located in Tucepi, 6 km from Makarska city. The distance to the nearest swimmable beach is only 350 meters. In the area, there are many long and clean beaches with transparent clear sea. The village of Tucepi offers interesting restaurants, cafes, and a lovely waterfront promenade. Various water sports such as parasailing, water skiing, kayaking, paddling, and jet-ski driving are available. Furthermore, nearby the villa you will find the mountain biking and hiking trail that leads you to the famous Skywalk Biokovo Viewpoint and to the park of nature Biokovo.
The residential area of the Villa Vert has 210 square meters, while the total plot is 500 square meters.
It extends over two floors and boasts a rooftop terrace with incredibly beautiful views. This spot will definitely be your favorite place to relax and unwind to the fullest. You can set yourself on sunbeds and mediate while enjoying soothing views of the Adriatic Sea and the amazing scenery of nature.
Exteriors of the ground level feature a swimming pool in a trapezoidal shape. The pool comes with a heating option so it is in use even in preseason and postseason. By the pool, there is a sunbathing platform with sunbeds and parasols.
On the ground floor, you will find a lavish living room with adjoined dining area and an open-concept kitchen with a breakfast bar. The sleek and modern kitchen comes with all utensils and appliances. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, blender, and coffee maker.
On this floor, you will also find one king-size bedroom with a private bathroom.
Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor and they have a sea view and access to a balcony. All of them come with king-size beds and private bathrooms. In two bedrooms, beds can be separated into two single beds. Furthermore, there is an additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
Villa Vert with a heated pool is a pet-friendly villa. However, information about the pet must be submitted with prior notice.
The ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible.
Parking is provided for up to 4 cars and is free.

Wunderschöne Villa mit atemberaubender Dachterrasse und Aussicht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Strand und Promenade sind in der Nähe. We had a very warm welcome and were introduced to all the specifics of the house. Our host were very flexible with respect to our arrival time. The house is lovely located. The place is quite, hardly any wind and traffic, everighting we imagine paradise would be like. The perfect place for a good rest.
