Our 45 m2 one bedroom apartment is the perfect base to explore the region and rest your feet after a long day of strolling through the charming narrow roads. Get inspired by the amazing stories of Picasso or embark on a quick 15 min drive to Cannes to experience the best the French Riviera has to offer. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, a heated towel rail, and complimentary toiletries. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge (4€ washing / 2€ drying / 1€ soap).

After a day of exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our smart TV or watch your favourite movie with our DVD player. Mougins is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. It is located on the heights of Cannes, in the district of Grasse. Mougins is a 15-minute drive from Cannes. The village is surrounded by forests, such as the Valmasque forest. In the village there are pines, olives, and cypress trees.
