Come and discover this beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment of 60 m², located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, in the village of St Nicolas La Chapelle, with a breathtaking view on the mountains ! In any season, you will appreciate this bright and well-equipped apartment, located at 300 m from the center of the village and its shops, and at 300 m from the ski shuttle.
The apartment can accommodate 7 people and is composed of a pleasant living room with a lounge-dining area and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountain and the village!

Bed linen and towels extra. The apartment: Located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day space: - Bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs, TV. Dining area with a family dining table and access to the balcony. - Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, raclette/fondue machine, toaster, coffee maker... Night space: - Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be brought together to create a double bed. Shower cubicle and sink in the room. - Bedroom 2: one bunk bed and two single beds.
Ideal for children. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. - Separate toilet. Outside : - Balcony of about 7 m², exposed east with a breathtaking view of the mountain! - Below the residence, you have 100 m² of meadow shared with the residents. Ski slopes : Free shuttles in season to the ski slopes located 3 km away "Les Evettes". Other resorts: La Giettaz at 6 km, La Clusaz at 15 km and Megève at 10 km More information on ski passes and shuttle times on the Val d'Arly Mont Blanc website. Nearby: This quiet and pleasant residence is located in a country setting without vis-à-vis and has a private dead-end road.
The village of St Nicolas la Chapelle, 300 m away, has a bar, a grocery store and some warm restaurants that will allow you to rediscover the traditional mountain.
The center of Flumet with all the conveniences of a village resort is 2 km away. - Tourist office located at 1,1 km - The Lake of Flumet located at 2 km - Espace Diamant located at 8,7 km - The summit of Trois Aiguilles located at 14 km - The Mont Blanc located at 54 km Activities : In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area Diamant: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, initiation to Yooner and Biathlon.
But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride! In summer, come and enjoy the beach of the Flumet lake for a swim and a pedal boat ride, go for a Trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.
Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon ! Transportation : - Free shuttle in St Nicolas at 300 m and in Flumet at 1.5 km, in direction of the ski area "Diamant". - Bus Résau Transdev - Nature Orange line (direction Les Saisies) and Red line (direction Col des Aravis) - Albertville train station located at 27,5 km (38 minutes by car) - Annecy Mont-Blanc airport located at 54 km (1h11 by car) and Geneva airport located at 99 km (1h31 by car) Other remarks : - 2 outdoor and private parking spaces within the residence. - You can order sheets before your arrival: bed 90: 15€, bed 140/160 20€, bed 180/200: 25€, bath kit (bath sheet + towel): 7€, bath mat 2.50€. Alpage Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement spacieux, pratique avec deux douches et une cuisine très bien équipée.

Alpage "Séjour agréable !
🙂 Grand appartement très bien équipé (2 cabines de douche + éviers dans les chambres, cuisinière à induction, four classique et micro-ondes , lave-vaisselle, machines à café ). Très confortable pour 3 adultes randonneurs.
Situation entre Aravis, Val d'Arly et Beaufortain.
