Situated right in the heart of Deauville, a stone’s throw from Place Morny and close to the beach, this lovely ground-floor flat is the ideal place for your getaway in Normandy.
You can enjoy a peaceful stay in this apartment, which is tastefully decorated in a modern style and bathed in light thanks to its south-facing aspect. The 50 m² apartment, which can accommodate 4 guests, comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels included.
Free Wi-Fi. It is possible to rent the first-floor flat as well, allowing you to have the whole house to yourselves for up to 10 people. The flat is laid out as follows: - Bright sitting area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, sideboard and flat-screen TV - Dining area with a large wooden table and 4 chairs - Modern open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hob, crockery and cutlery. - Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath) - 1 shower room - Separate toilet The neighbourhood: This modern property is situated right in the heart of Deauville’s city centre, just a few steps from Place Morny and within walking distance of Deauville beach. You’ll be just a stone’s throw from all the shops - Bakery, chemist’s, mini-market, tea room and newsagent’s just a 5-minute walk away. - Local market every day in Deauville and on Wednesdays and Sundays in Trouville. 🙂 Accueil, très chaleureux, logement propre, proche de tout (centre-ville, plage).
Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
🙁 S’il fallait mettre quelque chose de négatif : nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, et nous entendions beaucoup les pas des personnes du dessus."
