Ski gear can be stored in the heated ski storage room and the living room with TV and comfortable seating area is perfect for cosy evenings with the group. In the kitchen you can prepare the most delicious meals and from the large balcony you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets against a mountain backdrop. Great for holiday photos!
The residence is blessed with a quiet location in the middle of the fairytale landscape. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start practically on your doorstep. In winter, the family ski resort Berger Alm in Steinach am Brenner is not far away. About 32 km away is the Stubai Glacier, in the neighbouring Stubai Valley. Of course, the ski resorts around Innsbruck also offer plenty of skiing fun.
