A bright holiday apartment with its own terrace warmly welcomes you. Lovingly and stylishly furnished, the apartment is located in a private holiday home surrounded by a 1,500 m² property. Relax in the spacious garden with pavilion, sunbathing lawn, and barbecue area. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.
The apartment is situated on a hill with views of Wasserburg, Lake Constance, the Alps, Switzerland, and Austria. It is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You can reach the town center, bus and train stations, and many shops on foot in about 15 minutes. The shore of Lake Constance is about a 20-minute walk away. The nearest city, Lindau, is about 10 minutes away by car. Nature, forest, vineyards, as well as cycling and hiking trails, are nearby. The tourist tax is charged separately.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, viele tolle Details
In zwei Nächten haben sich jeweils mehrere Schaben durch das Fenster hinein verirrt, was meine weibliche Begleitung überhaupt nicht lustig fand.
Außerdem fanden wir irreführend, dass in der Ausschreibung der FeWo Waldblick Bilder der Terrasse in Richtung See enthalten sind, aber keines vom tatsächlichen Blick auf den Wald.
Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Ort. Daher angenehm ruhig.ruhig in n

Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man so braucht.

Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Es gab genug Toilettenpapier sogar Spüli etc.
Vom Balkon schaut man nicht nur in den Wald sondern auch auf eine Imkerei, die direkt daneben ist. Das Sofa oder der Teppich waren extrem muffig obwohl immer gelüftet war, von unserer Seite aus. Ein Backofen hat gefehlt, aber dafür gab’s einen Toaster. Die besagte Kapselmaschine gabs nicht nur eine normal Kaffeemaschine. Die Mülltonnen dafür das sie nur alle 2 Wochen geleert werden waren zu klein.
