The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a few steps. You can reach Bad Kissingen's town center on foot in about 10 minutes.
This beautiful, light-filled holiday apartment (approx. 47 sqm) features a spacious living/sleeping area and large windows. Exterior shutters are provided. The entrance area features a spacious built-in closet with ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob and a kitchenette with a baking/grilling and frying function.
The room provides access to the very large and quiet terrace (approx. 18 sqm) with an awning. The attractive greenery creates a holiday feeling.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex. Free parking is available in front of the complex. Upon request, you can use the bicycle storage room free of charge, from where you can cycle into town at ground level. The A71 and A7 motorway exits are approximately 15 minutes away by car. Please contact us directly if you require additional apartments. Our MN holiday apartments (three apartments are located in Nüdlingen and two apartments are in Bad Kissingen) can accommodate up to 16 people. These include additional amenities such as a garden park, barbecue areas, a deluxe private sauna, a lounge terrace, and a wine and juice bar in Nüdlingen.
The holiday apartment is located at the beginning of the Sinnberg mountain range, in a quiet and well-kept residential area. A small shopping mall with a bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, laundry, electronics store, florist, and various doctor's offices is just around the corner.
