Bring your whole family, your friends or, why not, just your partner, immerse yourself in a completely different world and leave everyday life behind you. This picturesque property, not far from the beautiful town of Cisternino, in the middle of nature, offers something for everyone.
A unique, approx. 13x9 meter large salt water natural pool including a shallow area with whirlpool function, surrounded by gentle hills covered with flowers and Mediterranean herbs; a large garden with fruit trees; plenty of space in the sun and shade, to relax or play.
Everything for your private, exclusive use with full privacy. The comfortable rooms, which can accommodate up to 12 people, extend over several carefully renovated trulli.
The main building with its five trulli cones was originally built in 1780; today there are the two living rooms and the spacious kitchen (which includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge with freezer, cutlery and kitchenware) with dining area.
In one of the living rooms, the two sofas can also be used as two single beds. Also in the main part there is an alcove in a separate room with its own shower room, i.e. a double bed embedded in a wall niche including a skylight.
Ideal for the romantic among you - or just to relax during the day. Three further double rooms (one of them with separable beds) adjoin the main building.
One of them can only be reached via the courtyard; the other two, on the other hand, can be connected to one another and can be reached from both inside and outside (see floor plan in the photo gallery). Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own bathroom with shower (one with bathtub) and mosquito nets on the windows. The fifth bedroom (with double bed) is located in a separate, also very lovely trullo on the opposite side of the property.
The bathroom is located in a small outbuilding (access from the outside); there is also an outdoor shower designed as a waterfall and a small covered outdoor kitchen, so that the guests of the small trullo do not necessarily have to use the kitchen in the main building. The mansion is located in the country southwest of Cisternino; the pretty old town is just 4 km away.
An excellent bakery is within walking distance; a car is recommended for further purchases. Cisternino is located in the heart of the famous "Valle d'Itria", one of the most beautiful corners of Apulia and home of the Trulli.
The famous towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Ostuni and Martina Franca can all be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes by car. The sea is also about 20 minutes away by car; the coast offers many sandy beaches with a few rock sections and many natural corners with pine forests and picturesque bays. There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycles can be rented nearby if necessary.
The nearest airports are Brindisi (approx. 55 km) and Bari (approx. 85 km); rental cars are usually available at both airports on favorable terms, or you can take a group taxi ("navetta") to your accommodation.
We are always at your disposal in English for activities and general tips. 🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included.
If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure. 🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property. 💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. ⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption.

Liebevolle und authentische Trulli, sehr gemühtlicher Innenhof und genügend Platz innen wie auch aussen. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten genügend Platz für alles.
Top Pool wel her immer sauber war!

A beautiful home with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. The pool is lovely as are the grounds and trullis. The place is about 10-15 minute drive from Cisternino, a lovely place to base yourself for many day trips around the area! Thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful property

This is a lovely trulli and we particularly enjoyed the pool. The owner, who was in the neighbouring property at the time, is very friendly and keen to explain the extensive recycling processes! Because the place is managed by WOW you need to factor cleaning and bed linen charges and also a deposit. Overall though it was still value for money.
