Garage on ground floor (not in use). Use of village tennis court possible. 1km from motorway as the crow flies (double glazing). Nearby: Les Etangs d'Or nature reserve (footpaths, fishing). Worth a visit: Beaune and its Hospices (UNESCO World Heritage site) with festivals and activities all year round. Restaurants, wine tasting cellars.
