Fancy sun, sand and sea? Then you've come to the right place: miles of golden sandy beaches with shallow, crystal clear water await you practically on your doorstep.
Leave the car behind: the closest sandy beach is just a five-minute walk away.
This holiday home is located in the corner of a complex with six adjoining houses - this one has the best location: orientation to the southwest, with an undisturbed view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets of Puglia.
Do not expect luxury - but definitely comfort and good equipment for a successful holiday with your family (especially with children, also smaller ones) or friends. The highlight is the large, covered outdoor terrace equipped with sun protection, including a stone grill.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms (two doubles, one single with a 1.20 m wide bed) are in the (bright) basement and have the advantage that they are cooler (air conditioning is also available), but are still pleasantly bright thanks to the large windows (with mosquito nets). A second bathroom with shower is also in the basement; upstairs in the living room a double sofa bed offers space for two more guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils so that you can prepare your own meals if necessary.
You can park for free directly at the house, a private parking space inside your property, just below the terrace is also available.
The sandy beach has umbrellas and loungers that you can rent by the hour, by the day or by the week, as well as several “free” areas (“spiaggia libera”) where you can simply put your towel down for free, of course. In the high season, the beaches in the region are very crowded, so it is advisable to go in the early morning or in the evening, when everything empties quickly. In the off-season, on the other hand, you will have the “Maldives” almost to yourself every now and then.
If you enjoy water sports, you can surf, sail or rent a boat with or without a skipper in the area and explore the spectacular sea caves around Leuca. Biking and hiking are also popular activities here (bikes can be rented nearby).
The nearest supermarket is less than a kilometer away (only open in summer), there are other supermarkets within a radius of 4 km. There are many good restaurants, the “Lido Venere” directly on the beach in Torre Vado is particularly recommended.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,38 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. - Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.
- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.

Posizione stategica: si ha la possibilità di raggiungere il mare con una breve passeggiata e, al contempo, di godersi l'assoluta tranquillità e le preziosissime correnti d'aria, essendo ubicata fuori dal paese.
