Just 2 km from the beaches of St Lunaire and St Briac, in the heart of the countryside, Le Petit Tertre is an outbuilding of a magnificent building over 400 years old.
Completely renovated, this house has been designed to provide moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast.
On the ground floor, this magnificent duplex comprises a vast living room with a real kitchen and a sitting area arranged around a magnificent fireplace.
Upstairs you'll find a spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom and bathroom.
You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large, unoverlooked garden in the peace and quiet of the Saint Lunaire countryside.

The house : Ground floor: Beautiful living room with exposed stonework: - Sitting area arranged around the decorative fireplace with sofa. - Kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and piston coffee makers... - Dining table for enjoying a good meal First floor: Accessed by a wooden staircase, you'll discover a pretty attic bedroom with exposed beams, a real cocoon! - Suite with king-size double bed 180 x 200 cm - Bathroom accessible from the bedroom with bath, washbasin and WC Outside: - Terrace with table and 2 chairs - Large unenclosed garden not overlooked with views over the surrounding countryside - Outdoor parking for 2 cars in the courtyard in front of the house. - Outside laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer Nearby amenities: Le Petit Tertre is located at the end of a small hamlet away from busy roads.
In the heart of the countryside above Saint Lunaire, you are close to the village centre and its shops and less than 2kms from the beaches of Saint Briac and Saint Lunaire.
Just a few kilometres from Dinard and Saint Malo, you can take advantage of the shops and tourist activities on the Emerald Coast.
Activities : - Beaches, sailing, surfing - discover Dinard, Saint Malo, Dinan - Hiking, cycling along the green route - Golf Transport : - By car: parking available on site - Saint Malo TGV station - Bus network (stop less than 1 km away) - Dinard-Pleurtuit airport is a 10-minute drive from the house.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis grâce à la conciergerie et par Virginie elle-même. Suite à un dégât de dernière minute dans le logement avant notre arrivée, elle nous a trouvé un autre lieu au moins aussi charmant et confortable. Nous avons quand même pu visiter et le lieu est remarquable. Je conseille vivement! Bravo à Virginie et le plus de la conciergerie qui humanise la relation!
