The Albatros is a new-build house situated in the heart of Landerneau town centre.
Its impressive glass roof will provide unrivalled natural light throughout your stay.
The 48m² house features an outdoor area with a hot tub. With its bedroom and mezzanine, the Albatros can accommodate up to 4 people.
Its open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere.
A plancha grill and garden furniture are provided. The property is fitted with a key box. Linen and a private parking space are included. The property: Ground floor: - Open-plan, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.) - Living room with sofa and TV - Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hand basin - Toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom with twin beds pushed together (180 x 200 cm), TV and walk-in wardrobe.
Roller shutter. - On the mezzanine, a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) - Beautiful bathroom with shower, double washbasins and toilet Outside: - 16 m² courtyard - Hot tub - Garden furniture - Electric griddle The neighbourhood: This property, situated in the centre of Landerneau, is available all year round for overnight stays, whether on weekdays, at weekends or on a monthly basis. The neighbourhood is very quiet and close to all amenities: - A 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you can explore Landerneau’s historic centre and its inhabited bridge, the Hélène & Edouard Leclerc collection, an urban park, and more… You’ll find some excellent restaurants there where you can sample regional specialities (Le Goéland, Crêperie du Pont, Le Rohan, L’Océan Gourmand, Le Parfum du Quai, etc.) A swimming pool and tennis courts are also available in Landerneau. - A 2-minute walk from the Bois Noir shopping area (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bakery, chemist) - A 10-minute drive from Saint Urbain Golf Club - A 15-minute drive from Daoulas Abbey - A 20-minute drive from Brest, where you can visit Océanopolis, take in the view over Brest harbour or stroll around the Ateliers des Capucins, Brest’s former naval shipyard, now accessible via an urban cable car. - A 30-minute drive from the beaches of Brittany Transport: - A 20-minute drive from Guipavas Airport - A 10-minute walk from Landerneau railway station - Local buses are also available in Landerneau Other notes: – Bed linen and towels are included. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.

L'Albatros Lovely modern house, very clean with all modern appliaces. Good location to easily walk into the nice town. The staircase is very steep and really not suitable for the elderly. The lovely huge windows let lots of light in but also too much hot sunshine, which makes the house very hot. C...
