L'Albatros is a new house located in the heart of Landerneau town centre.
Its impressive glass roof provides unrivalled light during your stay.
The 48m2 house has an outdoor area with a jacuzzi.
With its bedroom and mezzanine, l'Albatros can sleep up to 4 people.
Its open, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for convivial meals.
Plancha and garden furniture are also available. The accommodation is equipped with a key box. Linen and private parking space included. Accommodation: Ground floor: - Open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, ...) - Living room with sofa and TV - Storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hand-washer - WC First floor: - Bedroom with twin beds 180 x 200 cm, TV, Dressing room.

Outside area : - 16 m² courtyard - Jacuzzi - Garden furniture - Electric griddle The area : This accommodation located in the centre of Landerneau welcomes you all year round on an overnight, weekday, weekend or monthly basis. The area is very quiet and close to all amenities: - A 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you can discover the historic centre of Landerneau and its inhabited bridge, the Hélène & Edouard Leclerc funds, an urban park, etc. There are some excellent restaurants offering regional specialities (Le Goéland, Crêperie du Pont, Le Rohan, L'Océan Gourmand, Le Parfum du Quai, etc.). L'Albatros Lovely modern house, very clean with all modern appliaces. Good location to easily walk into the nice town. The staircase is very steep and really not suitable for the elderly. The lovely huge windows let lots of light in but also too much hot sunshine, which makes the house very hot. C...

🙂 Beautiful area , lovely house with private hot tub . lovely restaurants , pubs , bars, and shops at walking distance.
🙁 All was good apart from payment charges and £400 deposit, which cost me over £50 in fees and exchange rate . Because I was asked to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay in euros"
