La Major is a beautiful apartment ideally located at the entrance of the historic district of Marseille; the famous "panier" district. This charming apartment of 60 m² can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (a child's bedroom with bunk bed and a master bedroom with double bed), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 2 bunk beds
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The mattress and comforter were changed in spring 2023.

The apartment is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
