The apartment is located in Neoi Epivates, a seaside place which is 14 km away from SKG Makedonia Airport and 21km far from Thessaloniki. It is truly a great location for exploring both Thessaloniki and the whole Khalkidhiki area.

Our cosy and bright apartment with a private roof terrace is located on the top of the two floor building. Therefore, you can even sunbath on the private terrace if for some reason (unlikely, but possible) you decide to stay in.

There is lots of free space for parking right in front of the building.

It consists of 2 bedrooms each with a comfortable new king-size bed and closets. 1 small room with a sofa bed and a chest of drawers. 1 open plan kitchen with living room with sofa, dining table, chairs, aircon and TV and 1 bathroom. Bedrooms are facing the street with a park full of trees and beautiful large palm trees in the entrance of building. Note that we can provide cleaning service as many time as you need upon request.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. In front of the building there is a park with a playground and beautiful trees. Local food taverns, supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery, cafes, pharmacy within short walk distance. You will find close services such as health centre, police, taxi, public transport. The bus stop is literally round the corner.

In 20' driving distance you find the biggest shopping centers of thessaloniki Hondos Center and Cosmos with multiplex cinemas, bowling cafe restaurants and e.c. Night clubs and Buzukia (live greek music). For those who love to try their luck there is a Regency Casino - the biggest casino in Greece.

You will certainly enjoy the warm and clear water of the Thermaic Gulf and the picturesque sunset just a short walk distance from your doorstep.

You also will be be able to explore city Thessaloniki with its ancients, churches, museums and vivid nightlife. Easy to get to Halkidiki and explore it's beautiful beaches and Petralona Cave.
