The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this beautiful Breton farmhouse, steeped in history, situated near the centre of Pléneuf Val André and just 1.5 km from Les Vallées beach, which can accommodate up to 15 people.
The enclosed garden and private courtyard, both facing south, are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.
The house comprises a spacious living-dining room, adjoining the lounge and kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a games room. The house is divided into two parts, connected by the large main entrance hall. Main wing Ground floor - A spacious living-dining room, furnished with a beautiful family dining table for 15 people - A kitchen opening onto the dining room, fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The kitchen has a small table for breakfast. Access to the garden from the dining room and kitchen - A separate lounge furnished with armchairs, a coffee table and a fireplace to enjoy a cosy log fire in winter.
Firewood not included. - Toilet On the first floor Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: a queen-size bed and a large bookcase in one of the bedrooms - Bathroom with bath - Toilet Second part of the house Ground floor: - Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed - Bathroom with shower - Games room that will delight young and old alike, with a television, comics and books, and board games - Toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed - Bedroom 6: one double bed and one single bed - Bedroom 7: one queen-size bed - Bathroom with bath - Toilet Outside: - Private enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue - Parking spaces on the property for 3 cars Nearby: - Pléneuf town centre is just a 5-minute walk away… You’ll find plenty of shops there, including the Leclerc supermarket.

L'espace autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, la tranquillité, l'ensemble nous convenait.
Comme dit précédemment, le ménage laissait un peu à désirer, la plaque de cuisson, les sols.
