The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this studio apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, located in the Sillon district, on the ground floor of a small character building. With a surface area of 30 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you.
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with table and chairs, sofa bed, fold-away double bed, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, iron, dishwasher.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Neighbourhood and activities :
- On leaving the co-ownership building, you're just a short walk from the seafront.
- Between the Sillon and Rocabey districts, you're just a short walk from the large Sillon beach.
- And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building
- La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
- Intra-Muros or on the chaussée du sillon, there are numerous restaurants, some of which are right on the seafront.
- Take in the view of Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel (visible from the flat), with its Rooftop bar.
- You'll find an Intermarché supermarket 100m away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the street.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station, about 15 minutes' walk (1.1 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1h05 min by car (76.2 km)
