Cocoonr agency offers this charming studio apartment in the heart of the city for rent.
With a surface area of 26m² and located on the 5ᵉ floor (with lift), it can accommodate up to two travellers.
Thanks to its central location, Le Cinq is the ideal flat for discovering Nantes and its nuggets.
It comprises a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
The accommodation consists of - A lounge area with TV, internet connection and desk.
The living room converts into a sleeping area with a foldaway bed (140x200) and a sliding partition between the kitchen and the living room. - A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, combi oven, Nespresso machine, etc. - A shower room and separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Neighbourhood and activities : - From the foot of the building, you can see the entrance to the famous Passage Pommeraye. - Stroll around and discover the many shops on rue Crébillon - The Place Graslin opera house - Natural history museum - Cours Cambronne - Castle of the Dukes of Brittany Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby "Graslin" public pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Buses C1, C3, C6, 23, 26 and 11 are a 2-minute walk away, at the "Saint-Nicolas" stop. - Tram lines 1, 2 and 3 are a 5-minute walk from the "Commerce" stop. - Nearest train station: Nantes train station, 1.7 km away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport 10 km away.
Other comments: - Le Cinq accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival.
You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys. - Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Un lieu idéal pour passer un week-end seul ou à deux, immergé en plein coeur de Nantes la localisation est idéale pour découvrir le centre ville.
Le logement était impeccable et très bien équipé, rien n’est laissé au hasard et tout est pensé pour se sentir à l’aise dans un petit espace, je ne peux que recommander !

La ubicación en pleno centro de Nantes. Buen aislamiento. La ducha. La cocina bastante completa. El televisor. Es un quinto pero tiene ascensor
La cama era bastante incómoda. La persona que nos atendió solo hablaba francés por lo que no era fácil la conversación.
