Cocoonr is offering this lovely, fully-renovated 30 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate two people.
Located on the first and top floor (no lift) of a house in a residential area, the flat is just 300 metres from De Longchamp beach in Saint Lunaire.
It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom with 160 x 200 double bed, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Bed linen and towels extra.
The accommodation comprises - A living room with a sofa bed (which can be used as an extra bed for a child), TV, chest of drawers and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher... - One bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm).
Access to the bathroom from the bedroom - Bathroom with shower and WC Other facilities: washing machine on the ground floor shared by both flats in the residence The flat is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the property.
The campsite, just two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread.
You can also take advantage of the various activities on offer: golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.
Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station (17km) Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport (84 km) To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and Beau Temps Belle Mer Côte d'Émeraude (concierge / housekeeping service).
Other comments: - Possibility to rent the Repos located in the same house to privatise the house - Cot available on request - Children aged 5 to 15 are not accepted in the accommodation. - Animals not accepted - Wi-Fi included - Sheets and towels available on request (to be booked with our on-site manager). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Für uns ist sie perfekt und sehr sauber. Man sollte aber daran denken, Bettwäsche, sowie Bade- und Geschirrtücher mitzunehmen. Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend.

Tout était bien comme annoncé sauf l'escalier très raide et étroit. Ça m'a tout gaché car je ne pouvais pas sortir librement.
