The Cocoonr agency offers you the opportunity to rent La Villa Bossangoa, ideally located in Cervione Prunete, halfway between the north and south of Corsica.
You will enjoy a beautiful 80 m² air-conditioned detached house in a quiet private residence by the sea, just a two-minute walk from the beach.
The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
You can also enjoy a garden and a shared swimming pool.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - Cosy living room with two sofas, coffee tables and TV - Dining area with table and chairs - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: bar and high stools - Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): one double bed (140x190) - One bathroom with bathtub - One shower room with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned): three single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190) - Shower room with shower and toilet Outside: - Beautiful enclosed garden with trees and furniture for enjoying sunny days - Terrace with table and 6 chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower - Private parking in the residence Nearby: - Shared, unheated swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September - Two tennis courts and a volleyball court available free of charge in the residence - Beach two minutes' walk away - Beach huts on the beach in season - Shops and restaurants a few minutes' walk away Transport: - Port of Bastia 50 km away - Bastia Airport 40 km away - Bus Other comments: - The only stairs are those leading to the two bedrooms upstairs. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
