The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this beautiful luxury flat for rent, located close to the port, offering all the advantages without the night-time nuisance. Fully equipped and comfortable, it's just a 2-minute walk from the beach, port, shops and restaurants, making it the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. It is located in a very quiet residence, even in summer. The kitchen, living room and terrace face the wooded park. Wifi included, private parking. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with dining area, balcony access and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed, TV
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Large balcony with outdoor table to enjoy during the summer months.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric griddle...
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (with roll bar).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gare d'Elne, about 16 minutes by car (9 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, about 33 min by car (26.1 km)

- Access to communal areas protected by digicode
- Proximity to beach (less than 300m)
- Low noise level - No busy roads nearby
