The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this charming, fully equipped and bright house.
With a surface area of 152 m², Maison Elleviou is located between the Sacré Cœur district and the Arsenal Redon, a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center, it can accommodate up to 10 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit in Rennes.
Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 10 people, you will particularly appreciate its comfort and calm.
The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - Beautiful bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area. - Open and equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle… - Laundry room equipped with a dryer and washing machine - Separate WC + sink - Garden with a terrace equipped with comfortable furniture. 1st floor: - A lounge area equipped with an armchair and TV - 2 bedrooms with Queen-size bed (160x200), equipped with private bathroom with a shower, sink and towel dryer and storage space - separate WC 2nd floor: - 1 Bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and equipped with storage space - 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom - A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and towel dryer - separate WC Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the accommodation's private garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Public transport: The C5 bus line is 180m (2min walk) from the accommodation, the Colombier metro stop (line B) is 1km (13min walk). - Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.5km (21 min on foot) and 1.7km (7 min by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport 5.1 km (11 min by car), Nantes airport 115 km (1h16 by car). Other remarks: - Roadworks are underway until 26.10.2024, making parking impossible on rue François Elleviou. - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. Keys are kept in a code-secured box located directly on site.

Maison bien entretenue et conforme à la description. Tout est fourni pour passer un bon séjour.
L'agence est disponible par téléphone pendant le séjour si on rencontre un problème.
Toutes les informations/instructions sont disponibles sur le site ou dans la maison en cas de besoin.

Le logement est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Un bémol, le stationnement : payant du lundi au samedi et une seule voiture dans le garage, les autres restent dans la rue et c’est payant !

Très beau logement, bien équipé, pas trop loin du centre au calme. Les chambres sont très agréables et les lits confortables, le linge de maison est à disposition pour tout le monde. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et reviendrons sûrement pour un prochain.
