Information about the host
Our family vineyard is located one kilometre east of Dürnstein. In May 2006 we built a wine tasting location with a wine tavern and two comfortable holiday apartments next to our home. We have equipped the two apartments according to today's standards so that you can feel comfortable here. You can really relax and unwind here. Hike or jog through the vineyards, over the Loibenberg with its steep vineyard terraces and you are at the source of Wachau wine. During a fun wine tasting, we will familiarise you with the natural surroundings, the climate and the characteristics of the famous white wines. We are surrounded by soil that is steeped in history and culture. Explore the Wachau on foot (World Heritage trail), by bicycle, or on a boat. Linger at the most beautiful locations, eat at the many wine taverns or restaurants and forget the worries of everyday life. You can sunbathe or swim at the Danube, or at the nearby bathing pond. A large adventure playground is also nearby. Or how about canoeing on the Danube? See you.....

Description of the accommodation
Holiday apartment (50 m²) with contemporary fittings, with views of the Loibenberg. You enter the interior hallway. The bedroom (double bed) is on the right. On the left is the bathroom with washbasin and shower. Connected is the WC (separate room). Straight ahead is the living area (sofa bed, cable TV) with views of the village square and the terraced vineyards. On the left is a kitchen unit with a cosy table and four chairs.

Visitors tax will be charged at check out (EURO 1,60/person/night) Towels and bedlinen are included, Childs bed is available without any costs.
