This house successfully combines ancient and modern features / it is set in peaceful surroundings and offers panoramic views of the Batz island.
Gr.fl.: kitchen opening onto a dining room/lounge, double bedroom, bathroom, wc storeroom. 1st floor: lounge with panoramic views, 2 double bedrooms, shower room, wc. 2nd floor: 2 small double bedrooms.

Garden, garden furniture and terrace. A completely refurbished and spacious gîte close to the beach in the countryside.
Guests will appreciate the large bright living room, the comfortable bedrooms and the second small sitting area which has views on the Batz island.
Several patios with outdoor furniture also are at guests' disposal.
This is an ideal house for relaxing and resourcing oneself.
Many visits in the Morlaix bay.
Walkers will love the coastal footpath all along the coastline.
Charming seaside resorts (Santec, Roscoff and Carantec) and little islands (Batz, Callot, Sieck).
The Breton cultural heritage is rich of chapels and parish enclosures.
Guests will taste the Breton specialties : crêpes, kig ar farz, seafood, artichokes and cauliflowers of St Pol de Léon.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce très beau gîte, très bien équipé. Le salon à l’étage est bien agréable avec la vue sur mer et l’île de Batz. L’emplacement est parfait ,calme, proche de la plage . Merci aux propriétaires pour leur bel accueil et les petites (grandes !) attentions. Adresse à recommander.

un accueil chaleureu du propriétaire avec des petites attentions de la région et de la ferme, très belle maison, fonctionelle, très propre avec de la ecellente literies. Le plus...la magnifique vue sur l'île de Batz. Tout est réuni pour passer un magnifique séjour en famille.
