The house stands on a 5000sqm-large ground planted with trees.
Single-storey house.
Living/sitting room with kitchen area and pellets wood-burner, queen-sized double bedroom, shower room, WC.

Enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue (plancha), patio and swings. This is a little comfy gite with views on the countryside and set in a not-overlooked small enclosed garden.
It is part of a former farm building dated back to the 19th century which was renovated with wood and stones.
It still boasts its bread-oven.
The property is surrounded by fields where guests can sometimes see a rabbit, a pheasant, a fox or a deer.
Bike lanes and footpaths are close to the gite and lead to calvaries, former wash-houses or manors.
Many activities on the beach : bathing, shell-fishing, fishing, watersports or horse-riding.
Back at the gite guests will enjoy relaxing in the private heated jacuzzi.
