The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 48 m², 3-bedroom apartment for rent in La Baule, 250 m from the beach and close to all amenities.
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace.

The accommodation comprises - An entrance hall with large cupboards - A lounge area with sofa bed, armchairs, TV... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190) and storage space - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190) and storage space - Bathroom with shower and washbasin - Separate WC Outside area : - A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs, south-facing and sheltered. For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron, baby cot... The flat is ideally located in La Baule, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Area and activities : - 250 m away: the beach! - 100 m away: mini-market and chemist. - The bay of La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Pornichet.
Supervised beaches (Pavillon Bleu). - Guérande and its salt marshes. - Thatched village of Kerhinet in the Brière marshes. - The Loire estuary.
Le Croisic peninsula (Océarium). - Saint-Nazaire, Atlantic shipyards, naval base and the Espadon submarine. - Gastronomy: markets, seafood, Baulois fondant, strawberries, etc. - Numerous tennis courts, golf courses, thalassotherapy. Le Lundi au Soleil Annonce conforme à la description. Terrasse agréable si vous avez des voisins calmes. Le logement est propre dans son ensemble mais des odeurs restent dans les placards. Emplacement proche plage.

Update: After many emails, the company has finally agreed to refund my deposit in full. While we did enjoy the accommodation, there were some concerns about the agency that make us questions if we will use them again. For this reason I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.
