The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 25 m² independent studio for rent, located in the town of Lampaul-Plouarzel.
You will be only 150 metres from the beach! The accommodation can comfortably sleep two guests and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fitted kitchenette and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.
Sheets and towels are included.
Free Wi-Fi.

The studio is laid out as follows: Located in a contemporary house, the studio is completely independent and is laid out as follows: - Living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area - Open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette: oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, washing machine - Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet - You can enjoy the 200 m² open garden surrounding the house.
A barbecue is at your disposal! The studio is ideally located in Lampaul-Plouarzel in a quiet neighbourhood.
It is 2 km from the town centre where you will find all the shops: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy...
Activities: - Market every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Hiking on the GR34 coastal path, 150 metres away - Gouérou beach, 300 metres away, renowned for surfing - Plouarzel golf course, 4 kilometres away Transport - Bus stop 150 metres away - Shuttle buses to the islands (Ouessant, Molène)... - Brest SNCF train station 36 minutes away by car - Brest-Guipavas Airport 34 minutes away by car Other comments: - On-site parking - Sheets and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets accepted for an additional €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Le Nominoë Superbe séjour! Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue mer. L’hôte est très accueillant et extrémeme bienveillant. De plus, j’ai pû y séjourner avec mon chien. Je recommande vivement!
