Situated at the foot of the slopes, you’ll be just 100 metres from the shops and ski lifts.
The flat is on the 5th floor with a lift, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The flat comprises an alcove with a 140 x 190 cm bunk bed, a living area with a fold-away double bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.
You’ll also enjoy a private balcony with views of the slopes! Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge.

The accommodation With a floor area of 32m², the flat is laid out as follows: - Entrance hall with bunk beds (140 cm x 190 cm) - Living area with a fold-away double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), armchairs and a TV - Open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, crockery and cutlery - Bathroom with bath - Separate toilet - Balcony with views of the mountains and the slopes Nearby - Ski lifts 100 metres away - Plenty of shops in Gourette: restaurants, ski hire shops, grocery shops… Activities - In winter: snowshoeing, skiing, dog sledding, tobogganing… - In summer: hiking, climbing, tree-top adventure courses, canyoning… Transport - Car - Ski bus route 806: connecting Pau and Gourette Other notes - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Free Wi-Fi available - Consumables are not provided in the accommodation (dishwasher tablets, etc.). - A private ski storage room is available for your use, situated on the ground floor of the residence. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.

Cuisine neuve et moderne. Équipements et vaisselle très complets. Chauffages électriques récents et facile a régler. Volet roulant électrique. Résidence calme car hors saison (mais peut-être moins silencieux lorsqu'il y a des voisins ?).
A noter que par rapport aux photo, le lit du séjour n'est plus un lit armoire mais un canapé lit moderne.
Matelas du canapé lit un peu creux.
Mentions mensongères sur le site de réservation holidu (ménage gratuit, annulation gratuite qui en fait n'est possible que jusqu'au lendemain)

Très bon accueil par Stéphane qui nous a donné quelques bons plans. L'appartement est propre et en bon état. Vue imprenable sur la station. Très bon emplacement, tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. L'accueil chaleureux de Stephane est vraiment un plus. Nous recommandons.
