The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this magnificent stone house with stunning sea views for rent, located in a residential area of Saint Briac, just 400 m from the village center and the beach. The 150 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises a living room with sea view, fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, attic space, 3 bathrooms, enclosed garden. Linen and towels extra. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
Its east-west exposure means you'll benefit from sunshine at any time of day. Sea view on the west side, to enjoy magnificent sunsets.
First floor :
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, fireplace and TV
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dining area, ...
- Dining area with sea-view bench seat
Second floor :
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 140 x 190 cm, TV, double east/west orientation
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail
- Separate WC

Attic space for children with two single mattresses, bathroom with bathtub

The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer. It is close to shops in the village, 400 m away: bakery, patisserie, delicatessen, fishmonger's, tobacconist's, Carrefour Market, pharmacy, medical center and a dozen restaurants.
Activities :
- Beach, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc.
- Dinard golf course 2 km away
- Tennis courts
- Horse riding 2 km away

- Saint Malo TGV station approx. 10 km away

Le Petit Miramar "Fantastic location. Walkable to multiple beaches and village center. View from living/dining room was amazing with a clear view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen.
