The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 150 m² apartment for rent in Morne-Vert, on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a villa with a breathtaking view of the Morne Vert peaks. It can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room, 1 large fully-equipped kitchen, 2 large terraces overlooking the Morne Vert peaks, with outdoor lounge and dining area. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- Fitted living room with double sofa bed, coffee tables and TV.
- 18 m² semi-outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle...
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Exterior :
- Large 40 m² terrace on kitchen side, furnished with dining table for 6, two deckchairs. View of the street and fruit-tree garden, with barbecue.
- Second terrace of 28 m² with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the magnificent view of the Morne Vert peaks.
The apartment is ideally located in Le Morne Vert, where you can take advantage of mountain hiking trails, the sea 10 minutes away by car and local shops: grocery store in the village, restaurants, souvenir stores,...
Activities :
- Hiking in the woods or mountains with certified guides
- Canyoning, river trips with baths
- Discover typical Creole gardens.
- The sea is only a 10-minute drive away, with a beach lined with restaurants offering local and international cuisine, and a diving school to explore the seabed. This intriguing and bewitching northern black sand beach is linked to the eruption of Montagne Pelée, the world-famous “Grande Dame”. The remains of this eruption have made St-Pierre a listed Town of Art and History.
- A climb up Montagne Pelée is a must, and a guaranteed thrill in terms of a change of scenery.
- Le Prêcheur, a small commune at the tip of the island, 20 minutes from your accommodation, will delight you with its hikes, majestic waterfalls and hot springs to be dug out of the sand.
- Visit the Zamana, one of the largest trees in the West Indies (10,000 m² of shade)..The North Caribbean is known worldwide as a biodiversity hot spot.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation.
