Aquarelle is a pleasant house located in the centre of Arcachon, close to all amenities and shops and less than 300 metres from the beach.
Just a stone's throw from the Parc Mauresque, in a quiet area, you'll be ideally placed to discover Arcachon and the surrounding area.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi and a small outdoor area.

We look forward to seeing you soon! Accommodation: With an area of approximately 48 m², it is designed for up to 4 people. Entirely on the ground floor, the house benefits from a small outdoor space (20 m², west-facing), with direct access from the bedroom, living room and kitchen, with a small table and plancha available. The rooms in the house are arranged as follows: - Living room with sofa bed (BZ), coffee table and TV. - A separate kitchen with a high dining table seating 4, fully equipped. - A first bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. - A second bedroom with a drawer unit which, when opened, makes room for a bunk bed (sleeps 2). The bunk beds are not suitable for adults. - 1 shower room - Separate WC Neighbourhood The beach is less than 300 metres away, and all amenities are within walking distance: train station, shops, park, pedestrian streets, market, etc. The house enjoys a particularly peaceful setting, yet is just a stone's throw from the town centre. Restaurant, supermarkets, local shops, market. Activities Beach, seaside walks, cycling (numerous cycle paths), boat trips to Ile aux Oiseaux or Cap Ferret, Dune du Pilat. Transport Train, public transport (bus) Hôtel de Ville underground car park 5 minutes' walk away (fee payable). Free street parking is also available. Other remarks - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Bunk beds are not suitable for adults. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability by the concierge.

Aquarelle "Finger weg.
🙂 Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Zentrum aber ruhig gelegen.
🙁 Das Appartment ist alt und runtergekommen. Es ist nicht ordentlich sauber, Bettwäsche kostet extra und war schmutzig. Aus der Toilette stinkt es (Kinderzimmer direkt daneben). Im Bad schimmelt es. Alles in allem ungepflegt. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert."
