The property is laid out as follows: - A sitting area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi - A fully fitted kitchen including: fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machines... - A dining area with a table and chairs - Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large cupboard with a wardrobe and storage compartments - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160x200), a small clothes rack and storage compartments - A spacious bathroom with a large shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. The flat is ideally situated in Nantes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more… Things to do: - In the neighbourhood known as ‘L’île Feydeau’ (so called because it used to be an island), you’ll be just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants, car parks and transport links - You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around and visiting the most beautiful monuments (the superb Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Place Royale and its pretty fountain, or the Place Graslin and its famous theatre) - Les Machines de l’île, with its famous elephant, is 4 tram stops away (1.5 km) - The Cité des Congrès is 1 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the “Feydeau” public pay-and-display car park, 100 metres away, or in the Île Gloriette car park As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Nantes railway station, about a 15-minute walk (1.1 km) - Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, about a 16-minute drive (10.5 km) - The three tram lines are just a stone’s throw away, as are numerous bus routes stopping at “Commerce”. You’re a 5-minute tram ride from Nantes SNCF railway station (get off at “Bouffay” or “Commerce”). - You can also use the ‘Les Bicloos’ bike-share scheme (there’s a station just 2 minutes from the flat). The Le Nao accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival.
You will be met on arrival by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys. Muy bien situado y completo para una estancia corta, limpio y la anfitriona muy pendiente.
Es un 4 piso sin ascensor.
Una de las camas un poco dura.

The stairs were a lot but our kids made a great game out of it. In reality it was fine.

La ubicación es buena y céntrica. El apartamento muy bien provisto y la decoración muy bonita.
Hay que subir bastantes escaleras y al ser abuhardillado por la noche hace calor. En un tramo de la escalera no encontramos luz suficiente.
