This property is located on the ground floor.
Ideal for families, the downstairs flat with terrace offers beautiful views of the famous Hahnenkamm.
The holiday home is easy to reach by public transport.
From the garden you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque and above all cosy centre of Kitzbühel Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance.
The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Die ersten beiden Nächte waren großartig, dann wurde leider die Wohnung unter uns von Rauchern bewohnt, die regelmäßig auf den Balkon gingen, um zu rauchen, was bedeutete, dass wir nicht in der Lage waren, die Fenster auf dieser Seite zu öffnen, da der Rauch in die Wohnung hochkam. Ich weiß, es ist nicht deine Schuld, aber es verdirbt die Sache ein wenig.

Ein schönes und komplettes Haus. Ausgestattet mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten und viel vorhanden. In der Nähe des Zentrums und in Gehweite der Hornbahn. Schönes Badezimmer und sehr geräumige Duschen. Alles ist gut gepflegt.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der schönen und geräumigen Wohnung mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern und 2 schönen Bädern, ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr günstig, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, wo man essen und einkaufen kann, oder an der Ski-/Gondelbahn, mit der man zum Skifahren oder Wandern auf den Berg fahren kann.
