Werfenweng is a very attractive region for both summer and winter holidays. The modern ski resort is perfect for families with its blue, red and black slopes. Looking for more of a challenge? Then visit the largest ski area in Europe; Ski Amadé. Here you will find a total of 270 ski lifts and cable cars and more than 860 km of slopes. Of course, you can also go cross-country skiing in winter (57 km), go hiking or enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh. On hot days, take a refreshing dip in the nearby crystal-clear "Wengsee". Hiking, mountain biking, a day out in the area or the city of Salzburg are all possible here
