You can unwind in the communal sauna Don't feel like cooking? Then you can easily walk from the house to the centre where you enjoy a typical Austrian dinner.
In the winter, you probably come here for the winter sports.
Werfenweng has a small ski area which is ideal for families with smaller children or beginners.
From the village you can step right into the Rosnerköpfl gondola, which takes you straight to the ski area, ideal.
The experienced skier or boarder can find an excellent spot 30 kilometres further on.
Here you will find the Ski Amadé, the largest skiing area in Europe.
Would you like to explore the beautiful surroundings in a different way in winter? The 57 km of cross-country skiing tracks make this possible.
In the summer, you can go on wonderful mountain hikes or go on an adventure with your mountain bike.
Real daredevils can even paraglide here.
And if you need to cool off, walk to the crystal-clear mountain lake Wengsee where you can take a refreshing dip Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.

Wir haben diese wunderschöne Wohnung auch dieses Jahr wieder genossen. Leider war bei der Ankunft zu wenig Bettzeug vorhanden und es war nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Wir haben dies mit den Eigentümern besprochen und sie haben begonnen, daran zu arbeiten.

Tolle Wohnung - tolle Ausstattung - tolle Lage. Selbst mit acht Personen genug Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Sauna ist perfekt um Abends nach dem Skifahren zu relaxen. Ausblick auf die Berge und Werfenweng ist wunderschön. Mittags kann man auf den zwei Balkonen die Sonne genießen.

Wunderbare Lage am Ortsrand. Badesee und Bergbahn gut fußläufig erreichbar, auch für kleinere Kinder. Werfenweng ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Erlebnisse. Im Ort die Bergbahn Rosenknöpfle, der Spazierhimmel und der Badesee, im nahen Umfeld die typischen Highlights der Alpen: Burgen, Wasserfälle, Klammen und Höhlen.
