Trullo Roverella boasts a strategic position, surrounded by carob and olive trees. It is part of a complex of two properties, but both have their own spaces and private pool. The pool on the front of the house has a sun umbrella and sun loungers. The interior consists of a living area with a fireplace. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine. The wonderful bathroom is located in the lamia adjacent to the trullo and has a large window overlooking the pool, which can be admired directly from the bathtub. The property has a wallbox for charging electric cars.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).


CITY TAX

1,50 € per person per night to pay at check-in


EXTRA FEE

Security deposit of € 1.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 3.000 in case of damages.

Surcharge for pets: 100,00 € per stay

Extra linen and towels: 25,00 € per person

Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay

Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner

Possibility to recharge an electric car for a fee of € 25 for each recharge.


It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).


The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.
