The property, an ideal destination for those seeking a relaxing holiday, is located less than three hundred metres from the sea at Pozzallo, known for its blue flag. It is also within easy reach of nationally renowned beaches on the Ionian coast such as Marzamemi and Vendicari; it is also possible to visit the baroque of nearby towns such as Modica, Scicli, Noto and Ragusa, a Unesco heritage town. Other towns known for their charm are Rosolini and Ispica.
