The detached holiday home was modernised in 2022 and is situated in a quiet, central location in the green bay of Potamia and Golden Beach, in the middle of an extensive olive grove with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
The house is surrounded by a large terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden with colourful roses. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and two garden loungers. Here you can end the day with a cosy barbecue and enjoy the impressive view of the surrounding mountain landscape. During the day, a vine arbour provides plenty of shade on the terrace. The swimming pool of a hotel is hidden behind olive trees approx. 30 metres away and can be used communally at any time. Your holiday accommodation also includes two private outdoor parking spaces.
The living space of approx. 60 m² is divided into a combined living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The bright living and dining room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a cosy dining area. In addition to a two-ring hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine and a kettle, there is a washing machine in the kitchen area that can be used free of charge. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (1.80 m wide), while the second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m wide). A baby cot can be provided free of charge if required. Air conditioning and a fan ensure a pleasant indoor climate. WLAN is available free of charge throughout the accommodation.
A hospitable Greek taverna and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity, approx. 100 m from your holiday home. The kilometre-long sandy Golden Beach, the quaint mountain village of Potamia and the lively village of Skala Potamias are also within easy walking distance. There are several restaurants, bars and shops to choose from here, as well as a car hire service and various souvenir shops. Active holidaymakers can start their hikes in the immediate vicinity of the holiday accommodation, approx. 20 m from the house.
