Apartments located in a comfortable and quiet area, a few minutes walk from the seaside village of Marina di Campo and the homonymous golden sand beach.
It doesn't take many words to describe the most touristic place on the island: sea, sun, services and entertainment.
More than a km long, with its golden sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach.
To the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. Distances: - from Portoferraio: 16.3 km - from Porto Azzurro: 20.6 km - from Capoliveri: 20.5 km - from Marciana Marina: 12.5 km - from Rio Marina: 32.5 km - from Portoferraio hospital: 16 km - from the port of Portoferraio: 16.3 km - from shops: 300 meters - from restaurants: 250 meters We will apply our special rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. The apartment consists of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the living room leads to a terrace. Location information: - Marina di campo, a quiet and peaceful area Furniture type: - simple Services inside the apartment: - tv; oven; washing machine; air conditioning Services outside the apartment: - Outer space; equipped terrace; private parking space Important Notes: - minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys) - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. Appartamento perfetto e come da descrizione in posizione ottimale. Non troppo lontano dal centro e dalla spiaggia e in zona tranquilla. Aveva tutte le comodità e soprattutto trovato molto pulito. Penso ci ritorneremo
