Three-Room Apartment 5 + 1 Beds The 90 sq m apartment is located on the first floor and comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a single bed that converts to a queen-size bed (ideal for one adult or up to two children), two spacious double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are 3 parking spaces in the building for 4 apartments (one of the apartments is also a second home, so it is not always occupied).
Furniture Type: Good, functional Amenities: Gas stove; TV; electric oven; air conditioning (cooling only in the entrance); fan in the bedroom; hairdryer; washing machine; balcony Important Notes: Minimum age 21 If you're a group of young people, the house is only available to guests aged 21 and older.

Pets allowed (max 25 kg) We love animals, and small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.
Rental for 5 adults or 4 adults and two children Deposit: € 150 (mandatory) A gesture of mutual trust: The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your stay.
We recommend paying in cash, especially if departing after 3:00 PM (cleaning time) or via bank transfer.
