Just 50 meters from the splendid sandy beach of Biodola, reachable by a small road to be covered on foot.
The apartment is located in a quiet location, ideal for a family stay or for a relaxing holiday. The property has a large terrace with a wonderful sea view and private access to the beach.
The strong point of the apartment, in addition to the splendid windows in the living room that make it bright and welcoming, with a splendid view of the Gulf of Biodola, is certainly the private parking space, an essential service for the area. Distances: - from Portoferraio: 8 km - from Porto Azzurro: 18 km - from Capoliveri: 18 km - from Marciana Marina: 13 km - from Marina di Campo: 12 km Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We will apply our special rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental.
We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs! We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. Apartment 6/8 beds (about 100 sqm) The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of a large room with 2 single sofas and a double sofa bed; kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, induction burners, electric oven and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, bathroom with shower and sink; bathroom with toilet, bidet and washing machine; to top it all off a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea. Important Notes: - the guaranteed parking space of the property is only one, therefore customers traveling with 2 cars will have to independently search for the second parking space nearby Location information: - splendid sea view; quiet area; a few meters from the beach - first floor Furniture type: - very good Services inside the apartment: - induction burners, washing machine, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, ADSL wi-fi line, a large smart TV Services outside the apartment: - equipped sea view terrace, private parking Important Notes: - minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys) - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - Small Animals are allowed with a fee of € 30 - deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. Schöner Balkon mit herrlichem Blick, gute Küchenausstattung (Geschirrspülmaschine), Waschmaschine vorhanden, Wohnung großzügig geschnitten, schöner, in der Hochsaison stark fequentierter Strand, nette Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Semmel, Lebendsmittel, Strandzubehör) vorhanden
2. Bad ist die Toilette, akute Parkplatzprobleme für das 2. Fahrzeug, relativ hohe Geräuschkulisse bis Nachts durch umliegende Hotels und Clubs

Sehr grosser Balkon, ganz für uns alleine. Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten.
Küche war nicht hinreichend ausgerüstet, keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Schalen oder Behälter für Essensreste, keine Putzlappen oder Bürsten. Staubsauger ging schon am ersten Tag kaputt und wurde durch Besen ersetzt. Zudem kaum elektrisches Licht im Wohnzimmer, so dass wir die Lampen der Schlafzimmer i...
