The ground floor includes an open plan living room and a fully equipped
kitchen. With beautiful sea and inner country landscape views. There is
also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The upper
floor includes two double bed bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with a
shower and bath respectively. The clients will enjoy the amazing
landscape views from almost every part of the property.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Rallo has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

Air-Conditioning

is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
