Fantastic house for 6 people in the sea front, with privileged views in a very quiet area of Cala Morlanda.
You will live unforgettable moments and record amazing memories in every of the terraces that surround this house.
The main character is the chill-out terrace, pointed to a spectacular landscape, where you will feel the sea breeze while reading a book or lying on the sun loungers under the sun shade, or admiring the sunset.
Another more protected terrace is perfect for meals outdoors like delicious barbecued vegetables.
But, in addition, there is an extraordinary hidden corner in front of the house, a famous archaeological remain known as "talaiot", worth a visit before going to the sea swim. The house offers two floors.
On the main floor there is a spacious and beautiful living-dining room with air-conditioning and a great couch which attract for a nap or a TV-sat film.
Then you access the renewed kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a table and chairs.
There are a bathtub bathroom and three bedrooms with a wardrobe and one fan each.
One of them come with two twin beds, and the other two with a double bed, and one is equipped with an en-suite shower bathroom.
There are two cots and high chairs available if you are travelling with your babies.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Upstairs there is a second summer living room always open to the fresh sea breeze, and with sofas and a playing area, where getting entertained with the little ones.
It can only be accessed from the outside. Cala Morlanda is a beautiful cove of S'Illot, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with a sandy beach.
It has a very easy access to the coastal area of the eastern Mallorca.
In more or less 10 km you will reach more than 8 paradisaical beaches and coves.
And the most interesting of all this are the boat excursions along the whole east coast. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage. Distances Beach: 0.200 km - Cala Morlanda Airport: 65.9 km - Son Sant Joan Golf course: 12.4 km - Pula Golf.
