Villa Beach House Summer Retreat is located on the island of Brac in the village of Mirca, only 2 m from the sea, 600 m from the center of Mirca and 2 km away from Supetar, the tourist center of the island.
The villa is a Mediterranean stone house, which extends along one floor and it has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and is suitable accommodation for 4 people.
The yard of the villa is filled with walking paths and it has a covered outdoor dining area that features an outdoor kitchen with a grill, dining table and outdoor seating for relaxing.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and it has a parking place.

Mirca is a small town on the north side of the island, characterized by the rustic atmosphere of a small Mediterranean town. Mirca originated in the 16th century, when residents began to inhabit the quiet Gumonca bay, which today, with its beach and fishing harbor, makes it the center of life for the town. The Church of the Annunciation of Mary is the cultural heritage of this place. The church constitutes of an altar, altarpieces, statues and a particularly valuable Pieta, a painting by Felix Tironi, an amateur painter from Supetar. Olive grows as an important part of traditional life on the island of Brac, substantiated by the olive trails, and the hiking trails that run through the old olive groves. An old oil mill still is still in function today, and inside of it is the Museum of Olive and Oil Production. In the museum, visitors can see old-fashioned machines that are used to hand-ripen ripe fruits and a guide to processing technology. It offers a variety of forms of entertainment every day - from concerts, shows and movie screenings to club programs. The authentic atmosphere of island life and the unspoiled nature has been preserved in this place, perfect for a family vacation and for guests who want to feel the authentic atmosphere of island life. The vicinity of Supetar, exactly 4 kilometers, and the main ferry port of the island of Brac, make Mirca a very accessible and interesting destination.
