The simply furnished room in guest house Jolanda is ideal for up to 2 persons.
It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
The bedroom is air-conditioned and it is connected to a terrace with sitting area overlooking the garden, ideal for a breakfast.
Well equipped shared kitchen consists of 4 refrigerators (each room has its own), electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, separate cabinet with dishes for personal use as well as everything else you need in the kitchen.
There is also a flat-screen TV with seating area.

The first beach is only a few minutes away from the house. The city center is also close by, offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise, but at the same time the nearness of the shops, restaurants and bars.
The location also offers you the possibility to make day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in the central Istria. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula. Today, Medulin is fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing. You will spend your holidays in the atmosphere of the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets and beaches surrounded by pine woods.
The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forget as well: In Medulin there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centers, horse centers…
There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak with the little protruding part of the continent immersed in the blueness of the Adriatic sea for 9 kilometers. It offers 30 kilometers of well-indented beaches considered some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

Sie empfahl und Dinge und Orte die wir unternehmen sollten und hat uns sehr gut weitergeholfen. Auch die Unterkunft ist in einer super ruhigen Lage und in einem sehr schönen Stil gebaut. Sehr zum empfehlen der nicht nur 5* Urlaub machen möchte. July 2020

Splendida accoglienza, la signora Jolanda è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Posizione molto comoda sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro con facilità di parcheggio nei dintorni o nella stessa struttura.

Owner very friendly and help full. Check in was very smooth, rooms functional and clean. Location is great, close to the harbor / beach. Free parking and internet provided.
