Situated in the heart of St Ives, just a couple of minutes from the town centre, harbour, beaches and a selection of restaurants, 3 Sunday School Court is a beautifully restored two-bedroom ground floor apartment within the historic Sunday School building.
The building has been sympathetically redeveloped to combine its original character with modern comforts, creating the perfect base to enjoy everything St Ives and the stunning Cornish coastline has to offer.
The apartment also benefits from off-site parking for one car. The apartment features a large private courtyard, providing a wonderful outdoor space to relax and unwind.
Furnished with a table and seating for four, it is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day exploring the town or nearby beaches.
Access to the apartment is via a set of steps leading up to this private courtyard, where double French doors open into the main living space. Inside, the apartment offers a modern open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with wooden flooring throughout and gas central heating for year-round comfort.
The lounge features two comfortable sofas, a footstool, a Smart TV and a Wii games console, along with a selection of games and DVDs for entertainment.
The dining area includes a table with seating for four. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, an oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are two well-appointed bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and deep-sill double-glazed windows with traditional Cornish shutters.
The second bedroom also features deep-sill double-glazed windows with Cornish shutters, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe.
It is equipped with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either two single beds or a super king-size bed, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The family bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink with a storage cabinet. At a Glance Gas Central Heating We Do Not Accept Pets Off-Site Parking for One Car - Parking is located 0.3 miles from 3 Sunday School Court.
Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Sie liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ganz ruhig hinter einer Kirche. Wenn man um eine Ecke geht, ist man in den wunderschönen engen Gässchen, wo es viele schöne kleine Läden gibt. Man kann in 5 min zu Fuß die schönen Strände erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse, die vormittags sonnig ist, so dass wir immer in der Sonne frühstücken konnten.
Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte es zu viert eng werden in dieser Wohnung, weil man sofort im Wohn-/Koch-/Eßbereich steht und es keine Garderobe gibt und man keine Möglichkeit hat nasse Jacken aufzuhängen.
